		<description>Energy issues are not making headline just in the US. Here in India too, we have all sorts of policies are coming up one after another. The most recent being the Nuclear deal that India managed to get passed with a lot of help from the US. 

Another similarity is the attitude of new candidates who are more concerned about their social issues. While &lt;a href="http://globalenergytalent.blogspot.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;working closely with students&lt;/a&gt; (mostly B. Techs), we too have noticed the emphasis students placed on maintaining an equitable work-life balance, even though they haven’t entered the workforce yet!</description>
